Love love love. The apple pie custard is fabulous. Got a pint extra to take home plus my chocolate milk shake. Clean and inviting. Staff is professional and patient with our trying all the fall flavors.
Good flavors and a great takes on Italian ice + custard. The service was good but the two teenagers were obviously overwhelmed. This also lead to the tables being pretty gnarly - didn’t look like they had been wiped down in a while. But with a huge line of customers I can’t imagine they had a single moment to attend to it.
Overall experience was moderately good.
Don't eat there late at night, the ice tends to be more lumpy then. We went there twice first time in the afternoon, and it was delicious. So yummy.

Rita’s is an American staple!! Lol but for reals it’s such an incredible unique dessert. My only beef is they change their flavors everyday so I typically show up when they don’t have my favorites. Still a great place!
The Gelati is really good. I got the mango one. The mango and vanilla custard go together great
